How it works

This models a token-weighted on-chain governor (the pattern used by Compound, Uniswap and OpenZeppelin Governor DAOs). Every holder's vote is weighted by the tokens they control, not one-person-one-vote:

Quorum — the minimum share of total token supply that must vote at all (Yes+No+Abstain), regardless of outcome, or the proposal is invalid even if 100% of voters said Yes.
Approval threshold — the Yes-share needed among tokens that voted; 50% is simple majority, higher values model a supermajority requirement for sensitive changes (e.g. treasury spends).
Whale concentration — how much of the supply sits with the largest few holders. Concentrated supply raises effective turnout (whales rarely abstain) but makes the outcome depend on a handful of addresses.
Sentiment — the average Yes-leaning of participating holders; each holder still gets independent randomness around that average.
A passing proposal enters a timelock — a mandatory delay (here compressed to a few seconds) before execution, giving token holders a final window to exit or react before the on-chain change actually runs.

Node size in the 3D view scales with token balance; color shows each holder's vote (gray = has not voted / abstained). Larger holders are placed closer to the proposal and tend to vote earlier, exactly as whale wallets do on real governance forums.
