Digital Twin Data-Link Simulator

This simulation explores the core concepts of digital twins — virtual representations of physical assets — and how they rely on a real-time data connection to stay accurate. A physical rotor spins continuously while its digital twin only receives updates through a lossy, latent telemetry link: tune the sensor's update rate, the link's packet-loss probability and one-way latency, and choose how the twin behaves between packets (hold the last reading, dead-reckon forward from the last known velocity, or smoothly interpolate). Watch the two rotors visibly desynchronize as the link degrades, and read the live angular-error and packet-delivery stats that quantify exactly how connectivity and sensor configuration drive a digital twin's accuracy and responsiveness.
