Eight columns, one per language, sit in a ring. Each bar's height is the real rendered pixel width of that language's translation for the selected UI element — measured with an offscreen canvas 2D context using actual font metrics, not a guessed multiplier. A translucent disc marks the fixed slot's safe height; in Fixed wall mode a bar taller than the disc pokes through it and glows red (overflow/truncation). Flexible mode drops the wall and lets each pedestal rise to meet its own bar, the correct fix.
An orb above each bar shows which ICU plural category applies to that language at the current cart count. When a naive English-style n===1 ? one : other rule would pick a different category than the language's real rule, a pulsing amber ring appears around that language's orb — a live count of these appears in the stats.
