Entrepreneurial Mindset Simulator

This simulation turns the psychology of entrepreneurship into a mechanical, replayable model. A founder searches a 3D "opportunity landscape" for ventures to attempt, where terrain height is potential reward and a red tint is risk. Three sliders control the traits that actually drive the outcome: risk tolerance shapes which opportunities look attractive, creativity sets how far the founder is willing to search for a new one, and resilience determines whether a string of failures ends the run or gets pushed through. Every venture is a real probabilistic trial — a softmax choice over nearby candidates followed by a risk-weighted Bernoulli outcome — and a losing streak is tested against a logistic persistence model, the same shape economists and psychologists use to describe grit under repeated setbacks.
