How fast can a nervous system decide, and how does that speed change as the number of choices grows? This 2D counterpart lets you run the classic Hick's-Law choice-reaction-time task yourself — click the one lit position among N candidates as fast as you can — while a simulated subject races through hundreds of trials at N=1/2/4/8 with realistic Gaussian response noise. Every trial lands on a live scatter plot of reaction time against log2(N), and a least-squares regression fitted from scratch to that data recovers the true a (sensorimotor floor) and b (bits-per-choice cost) that generated it, so you can watch the logarithmic law emerge — and get numerically confirmed — trial by trial.
