This simulator models the piece of urban planning that decides whether a rezoned block actually fills up: population growth as a logistic process whose ceiling is jointly set by land-use zoning and infrastructure access. Paint residential, commercial or industrial zones at a chosen density onto a 3D city grid, then lay roads to extend infrastructure reach — every block's growth target is discounted by its distance to the nearest road, so dense zoning far from a road stalls near a fraction of its paper capacity. Watch each block's building rise toward its true carrying capacity in real time, with live readouts for total population, simulated years elapsed, and average capacity utilization across the city.
