Tubular photobioreactors pump water dosed with microalgae past sunlight;
the algae photosynthesise, pulling CO₂ from dissolved marina water and the
air, and releasing O₂ while building biomass. Floating wetland rafts add
rooted marsh plants whose roots filter the water column and fix additional
"blue carbon" into sediment beneath the marina.

- Sunlight — drives the photosynthetic rate inside the bioreactor tubes; bubbles pulse faster in bright light.
- Bioreactor flow — pump speed circulating algae past the light; too little flow starves cells of fresh CO₂.
- Floating wetlands — number of vegetated rafts around the marina, each adding a fixed baseline capture independent of light.
- Presets — Full sun / Cloudy / Storm set realistic weather regimes that scale both sunlight and flow efficiency.
