Zeolites separate gas mixtures purely by molecular size: a crystalline lattice of uniform pores admits any molecule smaller than its aperture and sterically rejects everything larger, no chemistry required. This simulation renders a real gas mixture — water, carbon dioxide, nitrogen, oxygen, methane and branched isobutane, each sized to its true kinetic diameter — diffusing toward a pore membrane whose aperture you set to match real industrial gradings (3A, 4A, 5A, 13X-scale). Molecules that fit pass through and adsorb onto a finite-capacity bed following competitive Langmuir kinetics; molecules that don't fit bounce back. Live readouts track bed saturation, capture efficiency and breakthrough, and a regenerate control lets you cycle the bed the way a pressure- or temperature-swing adsorption plant does.
