Decaffeination Diffusion Field 2D: Intraparticle Fick Profile

This is the 2D companion to the 3D scCO2 decaffeination sim: the same coupled diffusion/plug-flow mechanism, computed independently by solving the exact spherical Fick diffusion PDE (not its Glueckauf LDF shortcut) inside a representative bean at every height of the packed bed. The result is plotted as a genuine 2D concentration field — bed height on one axis, intraparticle radius on the other — so you can watch each bean's radial profile actually flatten from the inside out as caffeine diffuses to the surface and partitions into the passing supercritical CO2, rather than seeing one averaged color per bin. Building the exact PDE also surfaced a real bug in the 3D sim's LDF equation (it keeps extracting at full rate even below the CO2 critical pressure); this version's boundary condition is corrected so zero solvating power truly means zero extraction.
