Oxalate grain REE oxide grain Off-gas (CO₂/H₂O)

Rare Earth Oxide Calcination (2D)

This 2D companion drives the same calcination chemistry as the 3D version, but through a genuine per-grain thermal-decomposition simulation instead of an aggregate dial: each grain's conversion progress relaxes toward the temperature/air/moisture-driven target, its color shifts from oxalate to oxide as it decomposes, off-gas bubbles escape in proportion to the conversion rate, and grains visibly fuse together as sintering risk rises — so the conversion, surface reactivity and sintering readouts emerge from the simulated bed rather than a fixed formula alone.
