Moist grain Active MnO2 Overburnt Mn2O3

Manganese Dioxide Calcination (2D)

This 2D companion drives the same calcination chemistry as the 3D furnace through a plain canvas view built for reading the kinetics rather than orbiting a scene: temperature, oxygen level and feed moisture set two competing Arrhenius rate constants, a bed of grains visibly dries and then over a narrow temperature band starts converting into electrochemically inactive Mn2O3, and a live strip chart tracks moisture and overburn fraction against process time so the "sweet spot" operating window is something you can watch appear rather than take on faith.
