2D Biochar Soil Carbon

This 2D canvas simulator runs a two-pool soil-carbon model — fast-decaying labile carbon and slow-decaying biochar carbon — forward in simulated years, driven by a real biochar dose, moisture regime, microbial activity and fresh organic input. A live chart tracks both carbon pools and the total stock while a soil cross-section shows biochar particles, decomposing organic matter and the current water level, so the trade-off between quick nutrient cycling and long-term carbon storage is visible as the sliders move.
