Innovation Prototype Development Simulation

Building an innovation from concept to functional model rarely means getting the geometry right in one shot — it means running a design-build-test-learn loop until the part converges on spec. This simulator models that loop directly: pick a fabrication method (3D printing, CNC machining or hand fabrication), each with its own cost, cycle time and how quickly it learns from a failed test, and run "Build → Test" cycles to watch the prototype's dimensional error decay on a real exponential learning curve while red deviation spikes on the 3D part shrink and thin out. Cumulative cost and time accumulate honestly, so you can see the actual trade-off rapid-prototyping teams live with: a faster-converging method usually costs more per cycle, and the cheapest method takes the most rounds — and the occasional cycle where a new defect turns up, because that is what real iterative design looks like too.
