This simulation demonstrates the principles of balance training with a real wobble-board mechanic: a board mounted on a hemispherical dome behaves as an inverted pendulum, and a rolling ball on its surface stands in for your center of pressure. Shift your weight with the arrow keys or the on-screen pad to keep the ball inside the target ring while your core-strength meter fatigues under sustained tilt and recovers near center, exactly as it would during a real single-leg or tandem-stance balance exercise. Three stance modes — Two-Leg, Single-Leg and Tandem — change the board's effective stability and fatigue rate, and live readouts track time-in-zone, total sway-path length and ball drops, the same metrics used on clinical force-plate posturography to score balance-training progress.
