Step into the director's chair and make the same measurable decisions a real cinematographer makes on set: where to place the camera, how high or low to angle it, which lens to mount, and where the actor should stand. This simulator renders a 3D sound stage with a blocked actor and lets you drive camera distance, angle and focal length, plus key and fill light intensity, while live readouts compute the resulting field of view (from the real 24mm-sensor focal-length formula), frame occupancy (which drives the industry-standard Close-Up / Medium / Wide shot classification), a rule-of-thirds composition score based on where the actor's eye-line lands in frame, and the key:fill lighting contrast ratio cinematographers use to describe mood.
