Muay Thai's "eight limbs" — fists, elbows, knees and shins — each strike a heavy bag with a different mix of mass and speed. This simulator throws a real jab, roundhouse kick, knee or elbow at a hanging heavy bag using impulse-momentum mechanics: every strike carries a weapon-specific effective mass, impact velocity and contact time, producing a peak force and an energy transfer that then kicks the bag into a damped pendulum swing exactly like the real thing. Live readouts track peak impact force, energy transferred and the bag's maximum swing angle, so you can compare why a shin kick knocks the bag further than a jab even though an elbow can spike a higher peak force over a much shorter instant.
