A 4×100m relay is won or lost in three 20-metre windows: the legal changeover zones where the baton must pass from one runner to the next. This simulator models each sprinter's acceleration with the standard exponential sprint curve, lets you set the "go-signal" distance that tells each outgoing runner when to start, and plays out the resulting chase in real 3D — showing exactly where along the zone the catch happens, whether it stays legal, and how those three handoffs add up to the team's total time.
