Cofactor Recycling Loop (2D): NADPH Regeneration in Biocatalysis

Industrial biocatalysis rarely buys its cofactors by the mole — instead a second, coupled enzyme regenerates the expensive reduced cofactor in place, so a catalytic trace turns over the whole substrate pool. This 2D simulator models that loop directly: a ketoreductase site consumes NADPH to make product while a glucose dehydrogenase site spends glucose to regenerate it, with real Michaelis-Menten kinetics, a Q10 temperature rule, a live cofactor turnover-number readout, a draggable tilt on the shuttle-loop diagram, and a real-time strip chart of every pool.
