A badminton shuttlecock is not a small, dense ball — its cork base and open feather (or synthetic) skirt make aerodynamic drag the dominant force on its flight, not a minor correction. This simulator numerically integrates the full quadratic-drag equation of motion for a launch off the racket at a chosen speed, angle and contact height, rendering the real 3D flight path in flight-time-colored strokes alongside an optional dashed comparison of what the same launch would look like with drag switched off. Live readouts track range, time of flight, peak height, instantaneous speed and the instantaneous drag deceleration, making the shuttlecock's characteristic flat-then-steep flight — so different from a cannonball's or javelin's near-symmetric parabola — directly visible and measurable.
