3D Antivenom Cross-Reactivity Species Coverage — a real 3D companion to the 2D model
This is the same antivenom cross-reactivity coverage model as the 2D Antivenom Cross-Reactivity Species Coverage simulation — seven snake species, their measured toxin reactivity and in-vivo ED50 values, and the same five-stage pipeline from venom proteomics to in-vivo neutralization — rendered and driven in genuine 3D space with Three.js instead of a flat canvas.
