Knee Flexion Rehab Simulator

This simulator models a physical therapist's core decision on every rehab visit: how far to push a healing knee's range of motion this session. A 3D knee joint bends through a live goniometer angle as you run passive, active-assisted or resisted flexion exercises toward a target angle you choose. Push within the joint's current comfortable maximum and the tissue adapts, gradually raising the achievable range over sessions; push too far past it and inflammation spikes, temporarily eating into the very progress you were trying to make — the same overload-versus-overuse balance a real orthopedic rehab protocol has to manage. Live readouts track the current goniometer angle, maximum comfortable ROM, inflammation/pain level, quadriceps strength and sessions completed, so the recovery curve — and the cost of rushing it — plays out in real time.
