Physarum-style agents sense and deposit pheromone, branching into organic networks toward glowing food sources.
Each agent samples a shared pheromone field with three sensors (center, left, right), steering toward the strongest
signal and laying down its own trail as it moves. Deposited pheromone diffuses across a grid and decays each frame,
so only trails reinforced by many agents persist — a simple local feedback loop that self-organizes into the
branching, vein-like transport networks real Physarum polycephalum forms while foraging for food.
