Honeypot Ant Living Storage (2D)

This 2D companion strips the honeypot-ant colony down to its actual storage mechanic: a top-down view where foragers commute between surface nectar sources and a chamber of hanging repletes, each replete's gaster fill rising only when fed and falling only when a drought forces the colony to tap its reserve — the same forage/fill/drought loop the 3D scene animates, made directly readable as numbers and colors instead of 3D character rigs.
