This simulator models each reviewer as a noisy, biased estimator of a manuscript's real merit, renders the panel as glowing nodes orbiting a central manuscript in 3D, and runs the exact aggregation-and-threshold rule real editors use: a high mean score accepts, a low one rejects, and — crucially — a panel that disagrees too much gets escalated to a tie-breaking third reviewer instead of a snap decision. Adjust the manuscript's true quality, the size and harshness spread of the review panel, and the acceptance threshold, then run rounds to see how sampling noise and reviewer bias shape real editorial outcomes.
