Universal Remote: NEC Infrared Protocol Encoder

This simulation investigates the design and functionality of an interface capable of controlling any technology by taking that idea literally: a universal remote control. Every device it drives — TV, air conditioner, smart lock, fan, projector — receives the exact same physical signal format, the NEC infrared protocol, and differs only in the address/command byte pair encoded into it. Pick a device, send the command, and watch the 3D scene animate real IR pulses crossing from emitter to receiver while a synchronized waveform strip renders the 38 kHz carrier bursts and their mark/space timings; a jitter control lets you push the emitter's oscillator out of spec until the receiver's checksum starts rejecting frames, showing precisely why "universal control" is really just protocol design plus reliable timing.
