This simulation models team creativity as an evolving population of ideas in an abstract concept space. Each round, contributors recombine pairs of already-accepted ideas and add random mutation, producing new candidate ideas that are scored on a tunable blend of novelty (how different an idea is from what the team already has) and usefulness (how close it is to the team's goal). Only the strongest-scoring ideas survive to seed the next round, mirroring how a real brainstorming or design team builds on the best contributions and lets weaker ones drop away. Adjust team size, the novelty/usefulness balance, mutation strength and selection pressure to see how each shapes whether the group converges quickly on a workable idea or keeps exploring wildly original ones.
