This simulator models the closed loop at the heart of modern smart automation: sensors on a production line stream continuous telemetry, a real-time analytics engine scores every reading for anomalies with an exponential-moving-average z-score, and an automated controller throttles or halts machines the instant a fault starts to develop — no human in the loop. Inject a random fault, tune the detection sensitivity and the automation's response aggressiveness, and watch data packets flow from each station up to the AI controller and control signals flow back down, throttling stations yellow, escalating unresolved faults to red, and pulling critical stations into blue maintenance before they fail outright.
