Guardrail Cascade: 2D Confidence Ladder & Latency Histogram

This is a genuine, independently-computed 2D counterpart to the 3D guardrail-cascade simulator. Instead of moving spheres through spatial lanes toward output pads, it plots the real quantity the cascade actually reasons about: each request's noisy score estimate, tracked stage by stage against the Allow / Transform / Block boundaries and the early-exit confidence margin that decides whether a stage commits or escalates. A second panel accumulates the live distribution of completed-request latencies, exposing the multi-modal cache / stage-1 / stage-2 / stage-3 structure that a single average number hides. Tune traffic rate, repeat-prompt rate, the early-exit margin and the harmful-traffic share to watch the ladder, the histogram and the live accuracy/latency/cache readouts respond — the same underlying cascade math as the 3D page, recomputed from scratch and shown through two views the original never exposes.
