Each customer's hazard combines a shared Weibull baseline with a Cox-style multiplier built from usage decline, support tickets, tenure and discount status. Real monthly Bernoulli churn draws build the event history that the Kaplan-Meier curve below is computed from — moving the retention levers rewrites the hazard and immediately reshapes the curve.
