Inside the pressurised dome, plants grow under LED grow-lights while a
closed-loop life-support system recycles transpired water vapour and
scrubbed COโ back into the habitat. Falling dust and water droplets settle
far slower under 1/6 g than on Earth โ watch the particle loop above the
rows to see it.

- Gravity โ Moon (1/6 g) slows fluid and dust settling and changes root orientation cues versus Earth g.
- Grow-light intensity โ substitutes for the sunlight plants can't get through a shielded dome; growth saturates near 100%.
- COโ level โ elevated COโ (up to a point) speeds photosynthesis in a sealed habitat.
- Radiation shielding โ thicker regolith/water shielding exponentially cuts the galactic cosmic ray dose reaching the crops and crew.
