Stock fry, feed carefully and keep dissolved oxygen up, especially at night.
Overfeeding makes ammonia and algae. Aerators, water exchange, biofilters and plants clean it.
Harvest at the right size, sell at good prices and fulfil restaurant and export contracts.
Watch for herons, storms, heat waves, algae blooms, disease and inspectors.
