How to Build in Space: Angular Momentum & Station Tumbling (2D)

This 2D companion strips the 3D orbital-assembly scene down to the physics that actually drives it: a real center-of-mass and moment-of-inertia calculation over every bolted-on truss segment and solar panel, exact conservation of angular momentum when reaction-control thrusters are off, and a live readout of I, L and ω so the "figure-skater effect" — spin slowing as the structure grows outward — is something you can read off a number, not just infer from watching a mesh wobble.
